🔹 1. การยกเลิกการจอง | Booking Cancellation

TH:

ลูกค้าสามารถยกเลิกการจอง เช่ารถจักรยานยนต์ในเชียงใหม่ ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง เพื่อรับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวน หากยกเลิกภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง จะได้รับเงินคืน 50%

EN:

Customers can cancel their motorbike rental in Chiang Mai at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 24 hours, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

🔹 2. ปัญหารถหรือใช้งานไม่ได้ | Vehicle Issues or Unusable Rental

TH:

หากรถจักรยานยนต์มีปัญหา เช่น เครื่องยนต์ไม่ทำงานหรือมีปัญหาด้านความปลอดภัย (ที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากลูกค้า) ทางร้านยินดี:

  • เปลี่ยนรถจักรยานยนต์คันใหม่ให้ทันที (ขึ้นอยู่กับรถที่มี) หรือ

  • คืนเงินเฉพาะวันที่ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้

    EN:

    If the rental motorbike in Chiang Mai has mechanical or safety issues not caused by the customer, we will:

  • Replace the bike immediately (subject to availability), or

  • Refund for the days the vehicle cannot be used.

🔹 3. คืนรถก่อนกำหนด | Early Return

TH:

หากลูกค้าคืนรถก่อนกำหนด จะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ ยกเว้นมีเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น อุบัติเหตุหรือเจ็บป่วย พร้อมแนบใบรับรองแพทย์

EN:

No refund is provided for early returns unless there are exceptional circumstances such as an accident or illness, supported by medical documentation.

🔹 4. ขั้นตอนการคืนเงิน | Refund Process

TH:

  • ร้านจะดำเนินการคืนเงินภายใน 5–7 วันทำการ

  • คืนเงินผ่านช่องทางเดียวกับที่ลูกค้าใช้ชำระเงิน

  • คืนรถล่าช้าโดยไม่มีเหตุผลอันสมควร
